No – usually the timings simply don’t fit together. As I also offer spontaneous extensions of coverage, I always reserve the whole day for each wedding so that I can stay flexible.

Do you take bookings outside your area?

My focus is on Aargau, but I also cover weddings in various regions of Switzerland, such as Zurich, Lucerne, Bern or Ticino.

What is the travel surcharge?

For full-day coverage, my travel is always included in the price. For half-day coverage outside the cantons of Aargau, Zurich or Lucerne, there is a surcharge of CHF 1 per km.

I don’t use effects or trends that quickly go out of date; instead, I work with a timeless, professional visual style: natural light, clear colours, real moments and calm documentary coverage. What equipment do you use?

My equipment consists of two cameras, a range of lenses, several flash units and plenty of other gear, so that I can deliver the highest quality to my couples.

After the wedding, couples receive a private, password-protected online gallery from me. There they can: – look through all the pictures at their leisure – mark favourites – download the photos in high resolution – and share the link with family and friends, no fuss at all. Especially handy: guests can download the pictures themselves, so you don’t have to forward everything or send files around. In your gallery you can also order high-quality photo prints, fine-art prints or albums directly – perfect for parents, grandparents or as a gift.

How long does it take to deliver the finished product?

Do you deliver all original photos?

No, I don’t hand over unedited original files (RAW files). You receive a carefully selected and professionally edited set of images from me. That means I weed out duplicates and blurred or technically unsuitable shots, and enhance the best images in my style in terms of colour, light and contrast. So in the end you don’t simply get “all the photos”, but a cohesive, high-quality wedding reportage that tells your story beautifully and consistently – and that you can share, print and enjoy straight away.

Do you work alone or with a team of professionals?

As a rule I photograph your wedding on my own, so that you have a consistent visual language, a clear style and just one point of contact – from planning to handing over the images. For most weddings this is entirely enough to capture all the important moments: the reportage, the couple portraits, group photos and the atmosphere of your day. If you’re planning a very large wedding or would like a second perspective (e.g. when parts of the programme happen at the same time), I can also work with an experienced second shooter from my network on request. In short: ✨ Standard: I photograph on my own. ✨ Optional: a second photographer is possible where it makes sense.

Do you have staff to step in if needed?

Yes – I’m covered for emergencies. Should I be unable to photograph your wedding myself for an unforeseeable reason (e.g. illness or an accident), I have a professional network of experienced wedding photographers whose style matches my work. In that case I arrange an equivalent replacement for you, so that your wedding is still reliably photographed. The editing and delivery of the images are still handled by me, so in the end you get the quality and the style you booked with me.

Do you keep all publication rights to the wedding photos?

I reserve the right to use a small selection of around 20–30 images per wedding to promote my own work – for example on my website, social media, blog or in printed materials. I use these images solely to show my work and to give future couples a realistic impression of my wedding coverage. For you, this means: you receive unrestricted rights to use all the delivered images privately. You’re free to download, share and print them and pass them on to family and friends. Important: if privacy matters a great deal to you or you’d rather the photos weren’t published, just let me know, of course. I’ll respect that, no questions asked.

Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate per event?

My pricing is based on three basic packages – short coverage (usually for civil ceremonies), half-day coverage and full-day coverage. The price of each package varies with the length of coverage, and of course it can be extended if you decide on the spot.

Would you be willing to work extra hours if needed?

Yes, of course – if your day runs longer than planned or extra items are added to the programme at short notice, I stay flexible and am happy to stay with you for longer.

How do you charge for extra hours?

Additional hours are charged at the same hourly rate as the booked time, i.e. CHF 380 per hour.

How do you work?

I work calmly, attentively and as unobtrusively as possible, so that real moments can happen. At the same time, I support you where structure matters – for example with group photos or the schedule. My focus is on natural documentary coverage with beautiful details, genuine emotions and clearly planned timings, so that you can concentrate on your day.

Which regions do you cover?

I mainly work in Aargau and the surrounding cantons. I can also be booked for weddings throughout Switzerland – depending on the location, travel costs may be added.

How does payment work?

The additional hours are listed on the final invoice after the wedding and paid by invoice in the usual way.
