What does wedding music cost in Switzerland?
Starting prices on Hochzeitsuche range from CHF 400 to CHF 3 500; the median is CHF 1 250. As a guide: a soloist or duo for the ceremony and apéro costs CHF 500 to 1 200, a DJ for the evening CHF 900 to 2 000 and a band with four to six musicians CHF 2 500 to 6 000. Travel, equipment, overtime after midnight and a second performance on the same day come on top.
Which music for which moment?
- Ceremony: entrance, exchange of rings, exit. Usually vocals with guitar or piano, three to five pieces.
