- Which packages do you offer and what does each include?
- I offer the following main services: complete planning (everything from A to Z), partial planning (support wherever you need it), on-the-day coordination (you plan yourselves, I give feedback & support you on the wedding day itself) and coaching (for couples planning their own wedding who would like professional feedback).
- How do you calculate your prices?
- I offer fixed prices, so you know from the outset what the services you want will cost. In our introductory meeting we work out together what I can help you with, and I then put together a personal quote.
- What is it like to work with you?
- After an introductory meeting, where both sides can see whether we're a good fit, I start supporting you wherever you are in your planning. A warm, honest & trusting working relationship is very important to me, because that's the only way a harmonious & unforgettable wedding can come about.
- How do you choose vendors — do you work on commission?
- I suggest the vendors who suit you best. Lots of factors come into play, e.g. your wishes, personality, prices & locations.
- What happens in case of illness, cancellation or bad weather?
- For that I have a great network of professional fellow planners who can take over if needed. And should the weather actually turn bad, we always have a plan B.
- How exactly do you cover the wedding day?
- I guide you through the day, always keep an eye on the schedule, brief the vendors, check that everything is right during set-up, am there for you as a couple, think through & carry out all the many coordination tasks behind the scenes and am prepared for any emergency.
