Good to know
- Which packages do you offer and what does each include?
- Complete package/partial package
- How do you calculate your prices?
- We calculate our prices transparently and fairly. Every wedding is different, so we base them on your individual needs and the actual work involved. You'll receive clear guide prices from us in advance so you can plan properly. The final invoice is then based on the work actually done – with no hidden costs and always easy to follow.
- What is it like to work with you?
- We start with a free, no-obligation introductory meeting. We want to get a feel for you as a couple, understand your wishes and dreams and find out what matters to you. This conversation gives you the chance to get to know us at your leisure and ask all your questions.
- How do you choose vendors — do you work on commission?
- We choose our vendors carefully for quality, reliability and personality – always with the aim that they truly suit you, your wishes and your style. It's important to us that you feel comfortable with every vendor and that the collaboration is harmonious. No, we don't work on commission
- What happens in case of illness, cancellation or bad weather?
- No problem – that's exactly why we work as a pair. Together we have a strong network of professional wedding planners and experienced vendors. This means we can support you reliably at any time and cover larger or last-minute requests flexibly.
- How exactly do you cover the wedding day?
- On the wedding day we support you in whatever way matches your wishes and dreams. We're on site early, coordinate all the vendors, check the running order and make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. While you enjoy your day, we keep track of everything, resolve little challenges behind the scenes and ensure everything runs smoothly and calmly.
